QuantusHorizon acts as the data controller.
2. About the Service
DanskeGrundskoler.dk is a data-driven reference platform providing publicly available statistics on Danish primary schools. The service is intended for adults only.
No user accounts are supported. Users may submit anonymous feedback through the platform feedback form.
3. Personal Data Processed
3.1 Data not collected
We do not collect:
- Names, email addresses, or other contact details
- User profiles or login credentials
- Payment information
- User-submitted content outside the anonymous feedback form
- Communication between users
3.2 Data collected automatically
When visiting the website, the following data may be processed:
- IP address
- Device and browser information
- Operating system
- Approximate location
- Usage and interaction data
- Anonymous feedback text, feedback type, and the page the feedback was sent from
This data is processed through cookies and similar technologies.
4. Purpose and Legal Basis
Data is processed for:
- Website analytics and improvement
- Technical operation and security
- Receiving and reviewing anonymous feedback about data quality, explanations, and technical issues
Legal bases:
- Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) for analytics cookies

5. Third Parties

We use Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager and PostHog for statistics, product analytics, and anonymous feedback. Analytics tools are activated only after prior consent through the cookie banner where consent is required.

- Anonymous feedback text, feedback type, and page context
5.2 Hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel, which may process technical log information to deliver and secure the service.
5.3 Databases
The platform databases are hosted by Supabase (EU-based infrastructure). The database stores only statistical and publicly available school information, not user data.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies.
Non-essential cookies, including analytics cookies, are only used after consent through a Cookieyes banner.
Users can change or withdraw consent at any time through cookie settings.
7. International Transfers
Personal data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA, including to the United States, in connection with Google Analytics and Vercel.
Transfers are based on:
- EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), where relevant
- EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as a supplementary safeguard
8. Retention
- Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings (up to 26 months)
- Anonymous feedback is retained only as long as it remains relevant for quality assurance and product improvement
- Technical logs are retained only as long as necessary for operation and security
- No personal data linked to user accounts is stored, as no such accounts exist.
9. Data Subject Rights
Under data protection law, data subjects have rights including:
- Access to personal data processing
- Rectification or erasure
- Restriction of processing
- Objection to processing
- Data portability, where relevant
Requests may be submitted to info@danskegrundskoler.dk and are handled within 30 days.
10. Children
The service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information, including:
