Municipality pass vs expected
Pass delta
Version 1.0.0 | Last modified 2026-04-04 | Other | Unit: %
Definition & Scope
The difference between a municipality's actual pass rate and the expected level given its own student mix across parent education, origin, and gender. The expected rate is platform-derived and CEPOS-inspired.
- Scale
- Percentage points
- Data Source
- Platform-derived from UVM Uddannelsesstatistik (KARAMIN2) and the STIL institution scope
- Missing Data Handling
- If a municipality lacks enough subgroup counts to compute an expected rate, the delta is shown as unavailable.

Formula
actualPassRate - expectedPassRate
Weighting Method
The expected rate is a subgroup-weighted national reference; the delta is calculated after weighting.
